Robert C. Bonjorni, MAI, SRA, MRICS is the President and owner of The Bonjorni Company, Issaquah, Washington. Mr. Bonjorni's primary role at American Valuation Partners is appraising for litigation support and court testimony, drawing on over thirty years of high-level appraisal and valuation experience. For the past twenty years, he has specialized in litigation support for a variety of civil litigation actions, including divorce cases, eminent domain and appraisal reviews on both residential and commercial properties that are the subject of litigation actions. Mr. Bonjorni has testified in both state and federal court and has given sworn testimony approximately one-hundred times, primarily in depositions and in court trials.
Mr. Bonjorni has appraised properties in Washington and Alaska and is licensed in both states. He has the ability to be licensed in other states upon request.
Mr. Bonjorni holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Western Washington State College. The Appraisal Institute has awarded him an MAI general appraisal designation and also an SRA residential appraisal designation. The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has awarded him an MRICS, which is a general worldwide appraisal designation.
His collateral interests in valuation analysis include increasing vacant land values through historical lot identification.
