John W. Arney, MAI has over thirty years of experience as an appraiser of high-end residential, commercial and industrial properties in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

Between 1984 and 1992, Mr. Arney managed his own firm in Redmond, Washington, before joining Key Bank, Bellevue, Washington, in the Real Estate Technical Services Department. In 2001, Mr. Arney joined the Appraisal Group of the Northwest where he has concentrated on eminent domain valuation and appraisal work for state agencies and has provided a wide variety of other appraisal and consulting services to clients in both Washington and Idaho. Mr. Arney's clients have included major national banks, large law firms and many municipalities throughout the State of Washington.

Additional areas of interest and expertise include property taxation, eminent domain valuation and leasehold valuation.

Mr. Arney holds a Bachelor's Degree in business administration from the College of Business and Economics, Boise State University.
