Richard Westman, SCREA has over thirty years of experience appraising both residential and commercial properties. For the past several years, Mr. Westman has concentrated on "going concern" appraisals of gas station/convenience stores and hotel/motel properties, the appraisal of unconventional properties, and eminent domain valuation, and has provided a wide variety of other appraisal and consulting services to his clients.

Early in his career, Mr. Westman managed a large interdisciplinary appraisal office and specialized in high-end properties. Rick has also been active in mortgage brokerage and commercial development.

Mr. Westman has appraised in various states, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Wyoming, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia and Arizona. Mr. Westman has held General level State Certifications in the states of Washington, Oregon and California.
